On Site Support
Our Bubble Care package is aimed at business
users who wish to insure their IT and business
operations against all eventualities. We ensure
that all equipment that requires cover will be
supported both remotely and onsite when
required. There will be no additional charges
for labour when our engineers are on site.
As part of the Bubble Care package we offer
regular site visits, the frequency of which is
agreed in advance, to make sure that all
equipment receives a health check and is
operating satisfactorily. We update all software
and attend to any issues that may have arisen
since the last visit.

required, Support clients are charged a reduced
rate. For many this approach proves a very cost
effective method of meeting their business IT
requirements. It offers the benefit of having IT
support in place but only paying for engineering
time when it is absolutely required.
Ad-hoc Visits
We also offer an Ad-hoc support service. Under
this arrangement you call us when you need us .
