Retail Sales Assistant & Repair Technition

Experience in retail store management and a desire to problem solve / repair computers. The ability to perform board level laptop repairs would be excellent.
 
Key skills:

• Understand Mac and Windows computers and their internal workings.
• Identify problems and clearly communicate solutions in email and verbally.
• Categorize common issues and associated solutions.
• Reproduce computer and laptop problems in a lab environment for diagnosis and repair.
• A strong understanding of computer hardware, components and software
• Store management (stock rotation, pricing, returns, sales and cleaning)

 
A few other details:

• This is a full-time position.
• The position is based at our West Bridgford store, Nottingham.
• Flexibility to travel to our other branches may be a requirement, all based in Nottingham.
• We are looking for someone to start ASAP.
