IT Support Company Google’s Chrome OS project, first announced in July, will become available for download within a week. IT Services Company Google previously said to expect an early version of the Operating System in the fall.
Over the last few months there have been quite a few screenshots of the Google Chrome OS Software, so what are we to expect? Some have identified driver support to be an issue however we’ve heard at various times that Google has a legion of engineers working on the not so glamorous task of building hardware drivers. And we’ve also heard conflicting rumours that Google is mostly relying on hardware manufacturers to create those drivers.
